Misguided Angel (Blue Bloods, #5) by Melissa de la Cruz (3 star ratings)
Part two Mimi is regent and now has to save a kidnapped bloodd. I just want to finish the last book in the series for everything to be wrapped up.
I can’t wait to read the next one since Jack is heading to where Mimi is supposed to be while Misguded and Oliver is heading to where Schuyler is going. And as the Blue Blood enclave weakens yet further, fate leads Schuyler to a terrible choice that will ultimately map the destiny of her heart. The Ring and the Crown.
Misguided Angel (Blue Bloods, #5) by Melissa de la Cruz
Blolds don’t remember the details of what happened one book ago much less the plot of the first. She lives in Los Angeles, California. Not to say that this book is weightless. Dec 06, Julie rated it it was amazing Recommends it for: Clearly she was trying to be clever by hiding the important information in the text. That was pretty much it. As with all of Cruz’s book this book was well-written and easy to read.
Also what’s with vloods each other “Love” it sounds a tad silly considering blodos are only 16 after all. There’s doom and gloom everywhere you go. Jack and Schuyler don’t get much page space and this is disappointing. I knew from the beginning it would end bad.
I enjoyed seeing Jack and Schuyler’s story.

At A Glance Genre: When they are rescued by a strange Somali priest, it becomes clear there is much misgulded going on in the world than they thought. Schuyler might as well not even appear anymore.
Mimi’s storyline was slightly more interesting – I liked her interactions with Oliver. There are also hints about the different ways in which the misgiuded heaven-and-earth drama might play out, and it’s always appealing to read about the blessed angels who are also damned by heroic choice.
I’m also hoping Deming will play a part through more of the series and that her story isn’t concluded after this one book.
It is the only problem I have with any of de la Cruz’s book. She’s the only character- along with Oliver- who seems to be developing and reacting to her sitatuation. Oct 29, Carmaletta Hilton rated it it was ok. The kidnapper knew too much about them, and was showing humans the vampires on the internet. Dec 29, Karissa rated it liked it. Deming is off the Alexandria to search out more nephilim.
